Description
The Stone Separator (Destoner) uses the principle of specific gravity to separate stones, glass pieces, metal, and other heavy impurities from grain. The specially designed deck with controlled vibration and airflow creates a fluidized bed where lighter grain floats to the top while heavier impurities settle to the deck surface and are discharged separately.
This machine is essential in any grain processing line to protect downstream equipment from damage and ensure product purity.
